We know that families want to stay together and our Pool Family Suites offers that flexibility and an ideal setup. The Pool Family Suite is simply two of our Pool Suites combined through an adjoining door. Schönhouse is one of a very few accommodations in the island that have this type of set up.

The Couple Suite is a designed space ideal for two. Located on the first floor, it is the perfect hideaway while still being conveniently close to the pool and communal areas of the villa. The views to the lush green jungle from the rear and a balcony facing the pool and village to the front completes the vibe.

Our Villa really comes to life when booked in its entirety. The Villa is of a very high quality living standard and is one of a very few places in the island that can accommodate a large group. Book it for friends and family gatherings, retreats and team building events just to mention a few. The communal areas such as the family friendly pool, long kitchen table with island and large lounge area provides ample space and activities for you and your guests.
The Villa consists of our four Pool Suites and two Couple Suites for maximum flexibility.

Booking and Payments

Our guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after 30 days before arrival. No refund if the guest cancels 14 days or less before arrival.

Yes, the policy is that the full amount for the entire stay is due on booking.

We support local and international payments for credit / debit cards on Visa, MasterCard.
BPI, Union Bank, RCBC, Chinabank & BDO Direct Debits are also accepted.

Yes we clean the rooms daily. To promote sustainability, we change bed linens and towels every three days.

We currently have a small generator to power lights and are awaiting our larger generator which will power air conditioning units. Please note that there are strong fluctuations from the Grid Provider which means that the cooling of rooms may be affected. This is outside our control and affects the whole island.

We are a pet friendly accommodation. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly. There is an additional pet cleaning fee of 1500 PHP.

For your safety we only allow smoking outside of the premises due to the Villa and Reception areas having a nipa thatched roof.
Local Information

Our Villa is located in Purok 5 in General Luna within a very quiet and private area. This also means that there is a real island feel with unpaved dirt road leading to the villa, ideal for the adventurers amongst you. It is only a 10 minute walk to a beautiful public beach, major shops, restaurants and nightlife. Despite its convenient location it isn’t noisy allowing you to sleep well at night.

Schönhouse Villa is conveniently situated 26 km from Sayak Airport. We can arrange airport pick-up. The cost is PHP 400 each way per guest and we can add it to your bill. We also have private van transfer for PHP 2000 per way maximum of 5 guests (depending on the luggage size brought by the guest). The journey from the airport should take about 40 minutes.
